This is the most comprehensive level of service we provide. We work with you from the very beginning of your project through project close-out. Edifice is with you every step of the way as we assemble the design team, negotiate contracts, create a budget, forecast revenue, track costs, manage construction, arrange financing and direct marketing.
OWNER REPRESENTATION
We represent our owners’ interests by taking on specific aspects of a project. This service is essentially project management. We provide supervision of the design and construction team and ensure the plans are carried out in the field. We can also augment an owners’ team by providing project-specific financial tracking.
CONSULTING AND ADVISORY
Using our real estate experience and expertise, we answer your questions and provide insight and recommendations so that you can make an educated decision about moving forward with your investment. Typical assignments include development feasibility studies and pre-construction assessment reports.
PROJECT MONITORING
On behalf of real estate lenders and investors, we put on our hard hats and monitor your ongoing project on a monthly basis. Edifice will assess the progress and review the payment applications in order to advise our clients using an institutional quality monthly report on the status of construction and budget. The level of expertise we are able to provide in this capacity stems from the fact that we not only monitor, but also develop.
