Located in Roosevelt Island in the East River, the Landmarked building will undergo a complete amenity upgrade to compete with newer residential properties on the island along with an elevator modernization. The scope of work will include a new lobby, leasing office and lounge, fitness center, spinning room, yoga room and club room.  Designed by HM White, the 30,000 sf exterior courtyard over the residential garage will also be transformed with the addition of a river viewing platform, four gas grilles with associated dining, three fire pits with lounge seating and multi-level pool decks to increase the pool capacity and accentuate the river views.
